"Fabulous stay. Perfect size for a couple or small family. Location couldn’t be better as the beach is right there! Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. A few minor issues were communicated to the host who acted quickly. We would most certainly return!"

"The property was as listed. It was clean and had plenty of towels. 3 adults were able to share the unit comfortably. The kitchen was sufficiently supplied. We enjoyed the unit, pool, and beach."

"This is amazing house right on the beach with walking access to the beach bars and dining. The house is well decorated and has all the amenities you would expect. There are enough dishes to feed a small army! Enough space to easily accommodate a group of 18 or more. Checking in process was a breeze and took 2 minutes. Check in location is a stones throw from the property as well which was great. We had 1 small issue and the host responded quickly and a service person was there within a couple of hours. Would definitely rent again."

"House was perfect for our needs. We had a wonderful family reunion. We were 4 generations under the same roof. The large kitchen/dining/living area was excellent. There were a few things not in working order, but they did not impact our enjoyment and are easily remedied. I list these for the owner/host, since we own rental properties ourselves, and these are things that housekeeping might miss.1. 4th floor: The air conditioner works on 1 side of the separator, but the other (the larger of the 2 spaces) only has a fan. The compressor might need servicing2a. 3rd floor: The vent fan over the stove was not very effective. It sounded like it was working at a very low speed, but did not remove any cooking smoke.2b. 3rd Floor: At least 1 of the showers in the two-shower head set up had low pressure and lukewarm water.3. 2nd Floor: Master Bathroom Tub only ran lukewarm water. Hot water was impossible. The shower area light bulb was out. The hairdryer was not functional.4. Outside the window on the staircase between floors 2 and 3 has a tree branch that rubs against the window and siding when the wind blows, causing a squeak and bang that is unsettling. You may want to trim it.Thanks again for everything! The property was in a perfect location, and met our needs repeatedly. None of these things hurt our ability to enjoy all the area and the property had to offer!"

"Loved this ground level apartment. It was very clean. We loved eating breakfast on the ocean front porch and watching the bunnies play. The kitchen was well stocked. It was a close walk to beach which was beautiful. Would stay here again!"

"The house was beautiful, clean, and well appointed with everything we needed for our vacation. The only thing I would mention is that the entire pool was shallow. I think the pool would be ok for younger kids, but for my 13 and 15 year olds who like to jump/dive in the pool it was disappointing and they didn’t use it."
