Residence Inn by Marriott Hartford/Windsor
8/10 Good
"The staff were friendly and helpful, check in and out was easy, breakfast had enough selection everyone could find something to eat. The room itself was spacious and clean however could use some minor fixes to make it great. The trim in the bathroom was yellowed, there was a big dip in the living room floor under the carpet, and the carpet on the first few steps up to the loft was frayed at the edges. All minor things that didn't affect it being a good stay but would have elevated it to great stay. The $10 for parking is a little cheeky, I was aware of the fee upfront but it seemed unnecessary based on the area. Also, as it's not a walkable place everyone has to have a car to go there so why not just add it into the room fee?"
