"The villa in Santo Stefano was ideal for our family. This was our first time in Italy and we were delighted with the property and our wonderful host, Elena. The house is beautifully rustic, and nicely furnished with family antiques. The property was situated so we could do day trips to Siena, Florence and numerous wineries and small towns all around. Most of all, we enjoyed having meals in the back garden as the we watched the most glorious sunsets. The pool was a blessing as the heat wave hit in June. There are nice walking and hiking trails on the property too.Elena and her staff were alway available with advice or assistance. And I almost forgot to mention the delicious Chianti they produce!"

"This home is by far the most beautiful place we have ever rented. The house itself is both elegant and cozy, with comfortable beds and a gracefully renovated kitchen. The property is a slice of heaven, with spectacular views and gorgeous seating areas. I still miss the smell of oleander wafting on the breeze. My teen and early 20-something children said they would give the pool 11/10 stars :) It stayed cold and clean despite the serious heat while we were there, and is visited by a flock of beautiful swallows who do a little aerial dance every day. The grocery store in Panzano is a quick and easy drive. We loved dining in Montefioralle right across the valley. We took half-day trips to Castellina and Siena, and still had time to spend the rest of the day cooling off in the pool. Tessa was a responsive host and everything was as expected, but better. We hope very much to return as soon as possible! Bellisima!"

"Such a lovely property with a view that never quits. The pool is so refreshing and did I mention the view? Great place for a small group with the ability to expand to additional rooms on the property with notice. We will definitely be going back!"

"Fantastic property that is well appointed. Location is fantastic with the plaza just outside the door with some awesome restaurants. Town is beautiful and well served by public transport. Our host was amazing with plenty of advance information about accessing the property. She was even kind enough to help us with the nearest available free and paid parking and helped us steer clear of the ZTL zones. Thanks for a fantastic stay!"
