"Es war eine Katastrophe das gebuchte Objekt war doppelt belegt, angeblich wäre an uns eine Storno rausgegangen, welches bei uns nicht eingegangen ist! So standen wir da mit drei Kinder und ohne Unterkunft. Der Campingplatz, welcher nicht für die Vermietung des Zeltes zuständig war, hat sich mit der Besitzerin in Verbindung gesetzt. Es kam lediglich ein Mitarbeiter, der nicht weiterhelfen konnte. Der Campingplatz hat dann alles möglich gemacht, das wir einen Ersatz bekamen, hier mussten wir...
