Wonderful hotel in wonderful location

Lovely hotel in great location. 5 minutes to the beach, center of town , tram, restaurants and activities. The staff was wonderful offering a welcome glass of bubbly upon arrival. The rooms comfortable and simple. We definitely will stay there again

Art Dec hotel in De Haan well worth visiting.

This is a gorgeous Art-Deco 1929 hotel in the lovely seaside town of De Haan in Belgium. I/we cannot fault the enterprise as it perfectly matched out expectations.

This is a very nice hotel in a super seaside town. The rooms are large and very comfortable with nice drink options- coffee machine and kettle, and very nice toiletries. They are really lacking a small fridge though especially in the hot weather. De Haan is a wonderful place and I think no one could fail to love it. I didn’t take breakfast at €25 but it looked a good option for a hungry person. There is no car park but plenty of parking around. There is electric car charging but it’s expensive. Better to use the public points located throughout the town.

There was no parking. You need to park on the main road. Rooms and facilities are old. No aircon. No fridge. Carpet is very dirty and full of spots. Definitely not a 4 stars.

Needs improving!

1. There was no on-site parking yet the hotel states there is 2. We were told to park round the corner off site with heavy suitcase etc it was a bit of a mission 3. There is no step free access to the hotel and it is little high from ground level. 4. Due to some festival on one of the day on stay the car had to be moved outside of the inner square and parked away if you wanted to use it on the day of festival. Which was news to us when we got there - we could have been told about this earlier. I had to go and live the car night before and walk back about 15/20 mins from the main road. 5. Welcome drink - was not able to choose anything on menu - selected option which included soft drink or beer only not great not very welcoming!

Verbleven in de luxe kamer die tegen viel. Het vast tapijt was vuil en voor mensen met allergie een ramp. De ventilatie van verwarming sprong regelmatig aan dus ook s'nachts. Er hong een een slechte geur in de kamer. Hebben dit gemeld aan receptie met als antwoordt dat de firma die de kamer kuist verkeerd parfum heeft gebruikt wel raar dat de kamers gekuist worden met parfum. Onbijt buffet was top ,spijtig dat er geen optie was voor koffie's problemen met electriciteit.

Tolles Hotel, aber leider keine Klimaanlage und von daher sind die Zimmer im Obergeschoss unerträglich heiß im Sommer. Man liegt nachts in seinem eigenen Schweiß und an einem erholsamen Schlaf ist nicht zu denken. Auch hatte unser Badezimmer nur eine kleine Badewanne und das Duschen war kompliziert.

El gran hotel, por fuera es muy bonito y por dentro acogedor. Hemos pasado 2 días sintiendo como en casa. Recomendable por poner un defecto debería tener restaurante en la tarde-noche.

Sejour dune nuit à De Haan.

Sejour d'une nuit en couple. Tres bel hotel idealement situé en plein coeur de De Haan et à quelques minutes de la plage. Tres agréable sejour. Tres bel endroit, préservé et authentique (pas de barres dimmeubles sur le front de mer) sur la côte Belge.
