The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was also convenient and the overall experience was very good. "Lovely OLD hotel but found staff and amenities scarce Breakfast was tasty but basic they could improve on bread options (brown bread was awful) and even though there is a lovely restaurant and cafe on the ground a simple tea and scone were not available Check out was 11 and we left our bags in a safe Locker but when we needed to collect them there wasn’t any staff on reception to open the room It took another staff member to make a phone call to get someone to help We just made our bus"
