"Very much enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Front desk employees were welcoming and friendly. Our room had nice beds and pillows, however the floor and bath tub were filthy. We could tell the past guests had long black hair that was caught up in the shower curtain and there were pizza toppings left all over the floor in the room. Wish it was cleaner."

"I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Thankfully I check the beds before I lay in them the first rooms bed was filthy. We immediately went downstairs and the staff was great. Got us a new room which still wasn’t the greatest. There was leftover restaurant sauce in the fridge along with lemon juice. So I guess if I wanted some sauce later I would be set. Parking is a little ridiculous with the price point and all the issues that arose. And breakfast was great if you’re okay with paying else where. We ate at the OEB which was amazing! "

"I struggle writing a review about our stay here. On arrival day there was a a water main break and the water park was closed and this was clearly wreaking havoc on their days, it was tense and managers were yelling at staff. The next morning the power went out, again impacting the entire hotel. Those things were out of their control, but their reactions were not. I could overlook those. But what really got me was when I tried to put my kids to bed and pulled down the sheets. Needless to say I had to request all of our bedding be changed. I would not stay here again, we left before our second night, it was chaos at the front desk so we couldn’t even talk to anyone. "
