"Sandman has to up it's TV service. TV channels difficult to reach. They need a much better contractual service with Shaw/Rogers as their TV provider. No Stingray music available which I surely missed! Also each room should provide 1 TV with Samsung or LG, not 2 different TV makes. RCA is garbage! Each room should have a garbage receptical in the living room area. There was none in my King Suite."

"This is the Fort Garry Hotel we’re talking about. It’s the epitome of elegance in Winnipeg. The beds are soft, the water pressure perfect, the rooms spotless. They provide bathrobes and even the bath towels are bigger than at other hotels. I asked for a small refrigerator and one was graciously provided at no extra cost. I feel this should be standard in any hotel room. Everyone today wants to keep their water bottles cold. Many travel with medication that requires refrigeration. Something for luxury hotels to think about"
