"I’ve stayed at the Summit for 14 yrs prior. Too many restrictions and need a card for everything. Lines of people checking in and Donna by herself on weeks ends. Need more people to Checkin , so Donna can give out cards for tables in pool area. Not an efficient system."

"Exactly as advertised. Nice clean house and a short drive to Weirs Beach. It was perfect for our family of 4. The private neighborhood beach is a nice bonus. You do need to cross the main road if walking. There is a small parking lot if you prefer to drive. We would definitely stay again."

"My girlfriends and I had a fantastic stay at Linda's rental in Weirs Beach! It is perfectly located, within walking distance from Weirs Beach and nearby activities. The setup of the rental fit the 6 of us comfortably, and we had everything we needed to cook meals for the group. We loved spending time out on the deck and at the private beach. Linda was welcoming, kind, and very helpful with showing us everything and responding to any questions I had. Without a doubt, we would book here again!"

"Great experience! Tried something different staying on a houseboat. Very unique vacation. If you have any family and friends that have motion sickness, please understand that they may be negatively impacted by the stay. We had two members of our family that took the appropriate motion sickness precautions to enjoy their stay. The amenities are top notch. This was our second year staying in one of the host properties, and we will continue to come back. Great weather, great amenities, great properties and friendly people."

"The access to the resort amenities made this rental good overall. That said, the house boat itself had a couple of things that would benefit future guests and the unit if the host addressed them. First, there are cobwebs all over the inside and outside of the houseboat. Many spiders crawling around inside. It did not appear that any sweeping of the walls or ceilings had been done in quite a long time. The outdoor table and chairs on the lower level deck are extremely rickety and very difficult to get in and out of, especially on a moving, rocking boat. I understand that this is a marine toilet and you discourage use of it, however, the sewer odor in the boat was very overwhelming for the majority of our stay. Not sure if it needed emptying/pumping but it was very unpleasant. The back slider in the bedroom did not lock nor did it stay closed. The rocking of the boat opened it repeatedly. Again, the access to the amenities of the resort, the pool, the beach, the little bar with food, was really great. The unit itself needs some attention, especially for a 500 per night price tag."
