Welcome to the Onion City Retreat, where Winooski is waiting for you at this charming 2-bedroom apartment. Winooski got its name from the Abenaki dialect and means “where the wild onion grows.” Inside, guests will find one bedroom with a soothing space featuring a king bed and the other bedroom with a full-size bed. You will also have a living room with a convenient full-size Murphy bed. Climate control keeps the apartment pleasant year-round with heating and AC. On a warm day, relax on the large back deck with views of Camel's Hump and UVM. Cozy up on the couch to read a book or watch a movie on cool weather days. Regardless, whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or enjoying a quiet morning, this terrific spot feels like a true home away from home. Laura was a great host! Friendly, helpful, easy to communicate with! The rental was perfect for myself and my friend as a basecamp to rest and catch up while visiting to Burlington to deal with some family matters. Great location and truly beautiful views over Winooski and Burlington!
