However be aware: 1) access is not easy and I would not recommend for handicapped, also could be treacherous in the winter; 2) on approach path to Burlington airport, military flights in/out are deafening. "The stay was accurate to description. The location was close to the city and ubers where no issue. However there was an unpleasant smell and the heater didn't work. Overall, my group felt that the stay was just ok. A hotel would've been just as comfortable and more affortable. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property met all expectations and the hot tub was a perfect way to end each night. Downtown Winooski is quaint with cafe, restaurant, and brewery options, and Burlington is less than 10 mins by car. We visited the Ben & Jerry's factory and took in a movie at the Sunset Drive-In. A wonderful end-of-summer trip at an ideal property for 8 friends or four couples."
