Very nice room with fireplace and big bathroom Great location and has great amenities

The beds were sagging and uncomfortable. There were gnats in the bathroom. The shower wouldn’t drain and had standing water in it. The lights had a flicker to them. We could hear the people in the room next door. Front desk staff seemed overwhelmed and as a first time guest did not present full information- pool/gym hours, bar/breakfast hours, kids activities, etc.

Beautiful accommodations. Lovely, attentive staff. An absolute pleasure.

First, we stayed in the off season, so I can't comment on the ski season condition of the property. I was more than a little disappointed in the unit we were assigned. The property description does state that each individual unit is decorated by its owner, but our unit in no way resembled the pictures on Expedia. It looked like our unit was last decorated in the 70's. Fully furnished, but no starter supply of essential things like coffee or soap. Luckily, the resort store had some great coffee.

Stop sending so many emails to confirm 1 nights stay. We know we have a reservation. More emails = less appealing place to stay…
