My main concern was the lack of ability to come and go without having to make contact with the property manager by phone, with the possible roblem that they were using their phone and consequently couldn't respond promptly."

Not far from Chester central, this hotel is in a great location has ample parking. With well equipped comfortable rooms with a breakfast that would satify the biggest appetite.
