My first stay at the hotel in a number of years pleasantly surprised the front desk staff were very professional, room was clean and tidy, as I was travelling late I booked breakfast which was again a nice surprise good choice of food and drink well presented. Parking is still a problem small spaces made worse by the poor parking of guests using 2 spaces instead of 1 as I arrived at the hotel late at night it was difficult to find a space

We were very well looked after at this hotel. The reception staff were very welcoming and allowed us to check in early at 1pm for no additional cost. We were very grateful for this as had been awake since 3am previous day for an early flight which was eventually cancelled after considerable delay. Furthermore, when my phone charging cable stopped working, reception guys were extremely helpful and charged my phone for me. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet and the food served at the bar was freshly cooked, hot and delicious at a reasonable price. We did not use the shuttle bus as had read it’s expensive. We got Uber from and to the airport for around £11 each way. We will stay here again for sure !

For the price it had everything we needed for our stay. We were travelling from Manchester Airport so the location was great. There was parking although limited and tight. There was a bar and restaurant and a decent bed to sleep in. It saved us a stressful early morning drive and provided us a decent stay.
