Make it clear that the crisps and snacks are not there as gifts and are there as part of the mini bar. Very few other hotels at this price range would be charging for eating the crisps that are placed next to the coffee machine. I was charged on checkout.

Excellent stay with very comfortable beds

Lovely hotel and we would definitely stay again but would ask for a room not on the main frontage due to noise from pedestrians on the road below. Very comfortable bed and a nice touch with the complimentary champagne on arrival.

Lovely hotel

Very nice hotel in a very good location, nice and close to everything. Bathroom was huge and nicely done, nice to have a sofa and chairs to sit on and not just the bed. Only disappointing thing was the tv which was obviously design to go into the end of bed didn’t move so felt rather imposing when not being used.
