I found hair in my bed, the tub leaked the whole time, and parking was confusing because they had a grass lot and limited spaces up front and then parking in the back was sketchy.

There is a mall Nextdoor to Best Western which is the Hanes Mall. The desk clerk did give me directions to walk there as I had taken an Uber to the hotel from the airport and I needed to get a meal. The path over to the mall was a bit risky being on foot due to traffic. This was really my only issues. The breakfasts were very tasty and enjoyable at the Best Western Plus Hanes Hotel. The walk to the mall was my only issue.

Overall the property was nice, our room had an excellent clean smell as soon as we walked in. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom is very small but its doable.

I paid for a room with jetted tub.Tub not working and black mold on jets.I spoke with staff and said that since I booked with a third party I couldn’t get a refund or discount on the room.They offered to change rooms but I was already settled and opted not to use jetted tub.

I checked in last night and the person at the desk didn’t have uniform on, seemed like he was the Environmental Staff. It took him forever to get my reservation pulled up when I made it online. The room was great and peaceful. This morning I was disturbed by I guess the security guard addressing another man about if he was staying there. The gentleman was a guest and it was the wrong place to do what he did in the front breakfast area. The front desk lady this morning dress was so short her underwear were showing and her piercings were not appropriate. Once again no one was in uniform or a name badge. It felt like random people off the streets were working this shift.

Kill the roach...
Besides the pillows left my neck sore and I seen one roach on the wall, my stay was fine. Yes, I would stay there again.

Needed to be cleaned better. I don't even think the room was vacuumed before I went in. And they should leave on some heat or air in the room so the guest is comfortable upon entering. Especially if they are sick or handicapped.

The bathroom sink got stuck and would not drain, and the hall light would not stay on for my wife to put on her makeup. We told hotel staff and sink was fixed but not the light. Bathroom floor looked dirty but it was dried paint or plaster. Maintenance person took our 2 clean towels to use on the sink and never replaced them.

A nice hotel for a budget
It was a nice hotel and the breakfast is fine. The AC unit in my room didn’t work, which wasn’t a huge deal at night but it got a little warm in the day. The towel rod was also broken in the bathroom.

Would stay again!
Beds are a but firm, but they work for a one night stay. Breakfast is the best I've ever seen at a hotel. Complete with eggs, pancakes, sausage, potatoes that were really good, biscuits and gravy.

The first room we were assigned had a roach that greeted us after opening the door. We asked for another room and the shower in the second room drained very slowly. Not a good experience. Will probably never stay at a Best Western ever again.

It was OK..Hotel was definitely average at best. Staff was great but all other was not so great. No hot water day 1, very out-dated room set-up, keys didn’t work day 2…probably wouldn’t stay again but def reasonably priced so if that’s all you require, go for it :)
