Charming Stylish Historic 1 BR Apt.

Located in a charming neighborhood filled with friendly people, conveniently located near restaurants, shops, hospitals, 4.2 miles from WFU, places of worship, and more, you’ll find all that you’re looking for. The Master bedroom has an inviting queen bed, that offers a TV with Roku, (for cable select the spectrum App), Netflix and much more. The living room can be used for lounging or napping. Good size chair and a reading table for those who enjoy a good read.
The space
Our private apartment is close by the Forsyth and at walking distance to Baptist hospital which will be perfect for those who are nurses or medical students. The unit has its own entrance and is located on the main floor, keep in mind the house was built in 1920's we have done our best in remodeling it, it has a living space and full bath. Stocked with towels, shampoo, a hairdryer and all other necessities. The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and windows with a scenic view that will make you feel like home, kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal, coffee maker and toaster, there is also washer and dryer in unit.

If you like coffee, there is a Keurig. The kitchen has everything you need, it comes stocked with cookware, dishes and utensils, so making a meal will be easy.
We ask guests to be mindful of the downstairs guests, and not make excess noise.
