In terms of friendliness of the staff, somewhat mediocre. Greetings were inconsistent, thank you’s, even rare...some were more helpful than others, cleaning crew, not friendly at all. There was no “how was the stay?” “ is everything ok?” Simple checks were never exchanged. In hospitality, service is almost critical, at hotel 64, service seemed provincial, as its location. With a little practice and implementation, I’m sure it’ll see much better day.
