2/10 Terrible

"The worst check in experience ever! Staff was not helpful or accommodating when the check in was delayed due to cleaning past 4pm check in time. Expect to get in line at least twice for check in and then be assigned to a condo unit with on going loud noises coming from the A/C units surrounding outside of the window leaving us with obstruction view of all the A/C units. The light was flickering, bathroom vents were so loud and annoying and loose fixtures within the condo. What a disaster of a vacation!"

"Washer machines need to be updated they were making loud noises and vibrating all over the place. Front desk hard to contact on personal phone . Use the room phone and you won’t have any issues. My room key was not working so I was locked out called front desk 3x and was disconnected. I was able to waive down security and let me in until I was able to get a new key card"

"The 2 bedroom 2 bath was AMAZING!! the room was functional, clean, stocked, and everything we needed and more. The breakfast was sub par; way too many people for the amount of food and space; had to wait in line 30 min for an omelet/egg. Had to wait 10 min for juice as there was only one dispenser for everyone. No milk or creamer for coffee; no forks. Staff was not helpful and the area was overrun by teens getting plate after plate of food and running into the rest of us just trying to get one or two things. For 5 buildings of people there was no where near enough space for breakfast and then they closed all doors at 9 even when we were waiting in line to get things. The coffee was out and there was no options for coffee such as creamers and flavors. Night time desk clerk was not friendly but the AM clerks were friendly."
