CLEAN, PET-FREE, MOUNTAIN VIEW, SPACIOUS KITCHEN- steps from village of WP!

"This is an excellent choice for a family staying in Winter Park. The only reason the cleanliness rating took a hit was because the host had a miscommunication with their cleaning crew, who cleaned the wrong condo the day before we arrived. Once we checked in and found it not ready for our arrival, she had them there within minutes, and by the time we got back from lunch, it was spotless and ready for our stay.The location is terrific, right next to an outdoor concert venue and walking distance from the shops and restaurants, as well as a short 5-minute drive from some pleasant hiking trails above the town.This is perhaps the most organized and well-marked place we’ve stayed, everything labeled and easy to find. The balcony has an excellent mountain view, and the pool/hot tub are right across the parking lot.We didn’t need them on Memorial Day Weekend, but the radiant heating in the floors would be pretty clutch in the winter time I’m sure. Great thoughtfulness reflected in that addition.Overall a terrific stay and would definitely make this a first look if we return back to Winter Park!"

"So pretty much think of an apartment with a hot tub INSIDE THE UNIT!!!!! Very nicely set up! Beds were very comfortable! They also had a fan in the closet which was very nice! Anything and everything i needed was there stove with an oven, coffee pot, all the set up to be able to cook! Directions to place and to check in was very detailed and easy to understand! Parking was great the entire stay! Very quiet wasnt bothered by anyone or anything it was great to say the least I will definitely be planning a return trip!!!!"

"This home was perfect for our work group. The home was cozy yet provided plenty of space for everyone. The outdoor space was lovely, the home was very clean and well equipped with plenty of supplies. We’ll definitely look to book again!"

"Everything in the advertisement of this beautiful townhouse was accurate. I’d even say it was better than the pictures and its description. Clean, spacious, comfortable well maintained. Perfect location! The host/owner was attentive and communicative with me during the arrangement, booking through check-in and checkout. Every one in our party enjoyed the experience. Thank you Bob! "A very comfortable home perfectly set up for a ski vacation with beautiful views of the slopes from the front deck and hot tub. There is a ton of storage space for gear. It's steps from the shuttle bus stop to town or the resort. Despite the lack of snow this spring, we had a great stay and would love to come back! "
