Townhome - Newly Remodeled Kitchen & Living Room w/ amazing views of Byers Peak!

3 bedroom, 3 bath townhome 75 feet from the bus stop and centrally located near the main grocery store with easy access to town, the ski area, tubing, biking/hiking trails, and more. The property has a newly remodeled kitchen and living room with spectacular views of Byers Peak and a large grass back yard for summer fun to include cornhole, horseshoes, and washers. There is a full sized pool table and dart board. Outdoor shared hot tub right out the backdoor. There is parking for up to 3 vehicles.

Each bedroom is on its own floor providing the best privacy available. 2 bedrooms have fully private baths. The main floor bath is shared with the living room and bedroom. Large comfy sofa with well appointed custom kitchen.

Quiet remote neighborhood close to everything. Enjoy nature without the hassle of a long drive.

This was my primary residence until recently so I've worked hard to make it comfortable. I've outfitted it with comfortable towels and linens and a kitchen set up with all the necessary cookware.

Parking for 3 vehicles. 75 yards from a bus stop.
