The hotel and rooms were very clean. The bedding was crisp and the bed comfortable. Air conditioning worked well considering Vienna had a heat wave of 34/35 C. Garage was very clean and convenient to the elevator to the hotel. Would stay here again.

Terrible hotel! When we tried to go to one of the restaurants we were told they “were all booked up for next 3 nights by group tours!” The room AC was loud and squeezed so we had to turn it off and the room was sweltering hot. We asked reception for directions to a restaurant and they were rude and unhelpful. The housekeeper didn’t empty the waste baskets twice, didn’t replace two towels and once didn’t bother to clean the room or make the bed at all! Way too expensive for a less than acceptable hotel!

"I had an absolute fantastic time and totally love this hotel and its surroundings. The staff are lovely, especially I forget her name but the blonde lady form Slovenia, she as fanstatic and so kind. The hotel has a great breakfast , it's plentiful with lots of options and you eat in scenic surroundings. ..."
