They were very quick to attend to our needs. We had a couple issues the maintenance person came and addressed and fixed very quickly. The property was nice. Having the firepit was great.We were disappointed the movie room didn't have a smart TV for streaming.

Family Vacation

The house was well equipped and comfortable. Plenty of parking, quiet area, nice pool and great food at the grill. Located very close to every attraction and shopping. We would stay there again.

Best Family Getaway Ever

All of my family had so much fun. It was a rainy weekend but there was still much to do that kept all the kids busy and I loved that so much. The indoor and outdoor pool was beautiful. We even got a chance to take a ride around on the car bikes. The property had 2 propane grills with a lot of outside space with sitting areas and a nice size firepit. I would highly recommend this place to everyone and their loved ones.

We had six couples/families who gathered at this chalet. The floor plan was perfect for us - 2 bedrooms and 1 bath on each of 3 floors. We used the fire pit every day. The theater space, grills, covered porch, and large main living/dining space all enhanced our enjoyment. The access to Spring Brook amenities and the proximity to Dells attractions were added bonuses. We’d rent again.

Friends getaway for engagement

Stayed out of town with a handful of friends for one of them who was going to propose to his girlfriend at one of the wineries nearby. Fit all 20 of us, and provided ample space for sleep, hanging out and eating. Clean property and plenty of parking (9) cars.

Family Dells Adventure

This home was perfect for us! We gathered as a family coming from North Carolina, Iowa, Wisconsin and Illinois. We ate all of our meals in and appreciated the grills and the fully furnished kitchen plates and utensils. The group also used the pool and firewood was delivered for our evening gatherings. Loved the personal touch of a glass of wine! So thoughtful!

Our house was perfect size for a family of 17 with ages from adult down to 8 weeks. Everything was clean and tidy. The layout, activities, everything worked well for our family. It was nice to be able to put kids to bed while adults stayed up late playing games and not wake kiddos up. It was a quiet neighborhood yet close to anything we wanted to do or needed.

So glad to have found a property where our large family can all stay together! Bring your own baking sheets if you need them, plenty of cups and plates. We spent a lot of time outside using the two tables and fire pit. The movie theater was especially fun for the kids!

The rental is very spacious. We had a group of 24 adults and childern. Everybody had more than enough room. The theater seating and pool table in the basement was a big hit. Will definitely try to rent this property again.

Get-together at All Seasons Chalet

First family get-together in two years. Perfect set-up for us. Two families per floor & a bathroom on each floor. Enjoyed the theatre room, fire pit & grill. Plenty of kitchen supplies. Enjoyed pool and the bar & grill. Some rented the surrey bike. All seemed to enjoy! Would love to stay here again!

Large Home to Accommodate Several Families or Couples

We enjoyed our stat at the Chalet, despite a rainy weekend. We had 6 couples stay comfortably and enjoyed the theater room and pool table down stairs. The bedrooms were large and most rooms had 2 queen size beds (comfortable). There was plenty of outside space on the deck and the covered patio and firepit. We visited the bar/restaurant and the food and band were good. We didn't end up using the indoor or outdoor pool, but it looked nice/clean. We went to the Dells and casino and (short drive). Grocery stores and Starbucks were close, as well. Pros: Close to everything you need, lots of space, nice art work, clean, garbage bags, TP, 2 coffee pots, can pick up fire wood at registration, huge kitchen table for large groups, refrigerator up and downstairs, extra blankets Cons: Bring or plan to buy everything you need (salt/pepper, paper towels, coffee), ice maker in fridge downstairs didn't work, patio door is heavy/hard to open and close (some bugs in door slide), lots of cords hanging down below TV in theater room (would be nice to have a bigger TV in theater room :), internet went out a few times, could have used more towels Overall, it was a really nice place to stay and was perfect for our group. I would diffidently come back to stay!

I was expecting more

We liked this property for our party of 12 golfers. It is hard to find a place with 12 beds. There was plenty of room and it was very clean and in a good location. We made good use of the large dining room table, the grill and the wonderful outdoor space. Overall, we enjoyed the house but there were some minor issues for a house in this price range. The quality of the towels (small, thin and rough texture) and paper products (single ply tp) was less than expected. The basement rooms were a bit cold and damp. We couldn't get the heat to work in the basement even though the thermostat said heat was on. This property might benefit from a dehumidifier in the basement as well. There is a nice fire pit and sitting area outside, but no wood was provided. Lastly, the sliding doors worked, but were difficult to close and lock. As stated, these were minor issues and we were still able to enjoy our stay at this property.

Family Xmas outing

The house accommodated us very well, loved the house and location. A few essentials were missing like dish washer soap, laundry detergent, can opener, and large pan was very beat up. Also towels, wash clothes And dish rags were extremely limited for our large group. Other than that we enjoyed our stay very much! We would recommend to anybody. Thanks
