"Owner/manager at front desk was awesome! Room was comfy, has coffee maker, frig, and micro. Shower was hot and had good water pressure. Toilet seat was a bit wobbly. All in all was a great place with a nice little breakfast. Thx."

I liked the size of the room and the bathroom, and the pool area was great because there was something fun for everyone. The property felt spacious, everything was clean, and I appreciated that staff called in the mornings to check if I needed anything. I am from the Caribbean and have stayed in many hotels, and although most hotels in Wisconsin Dells are not truly luxurious, this one stood out to me for being comfortable, spacious, accessible, and offering very good customer service. I would definitely return. One small suggestion would be to consider larger towels at the pool, as they felt quite small."
