Located directly across the street from Spring Brook's clubhouse, this gray log sided, five bedroom home has two floors plus a finished basement complete with game room. The home's exterior features a layered deck, screened three season room, charcoal grill and a backyard fire pit. Perfect for multifamily or group gatherings, it sleeps a maximum of 18 people.

The main floor offers a private master bedroom with king bed, TV and an en suite bathroom. The fully furnished kitchen is well stocked, comes with stainless steel appliances and opens up to the dining and living rooms. Guests will be swept away by the chimney gas fireplace and cathedral ceilings the common areas have to offer. Relaxation - on the queen sofa sleeper in front of the large flat screen TV- awaits!

Head upstairs for three more bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms come with two queen beds each, while the third has one queen size bed! A full bathroom will accommodate the occupants of the upstairs bedrooms without trekking down to the main level.

The lower level boasts a finished basement with a cozy family room equipped with a large TV, pool table, wet bar, sofa sleeper and love seat, and more! For all day fun, there is also a dart board and various board games. Last but not least, the fifth bedroom (queen bed) offers additional sleeping accommodations with yet another full bathroom which is also open to the lower level common area. A basement utility room with washer and dryer add to the conveniences afforded to guests of this home.

Elk Lodge is in close proximity to Spring Brook's Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop. Home sleeps maximum of 18, rates based on 10 people over the age of 3. Extra guest fee of $15/night per additional guest applies. Security Deposit of $500 required.

Wonderful stay

The home was clean had a great layout. Everyone had plenty of space. Utilize the indoor pool on the grounds and was warm enough outside to play at the park with the kids. This was a wonderful place to stay close to restaurants and stores and area water parks! Definitely will stay here again

The house easily accommodated 8 women and 6 children. We couldn’t have asked for a better location- walking distance to the restaurant and pool facilities. The booking process was simple and check in procedures were well communicated. Highly recommend!

Needs some minor repairs. Coffee maker leaked. Mold In all the bathrooms. Garbage disposal was clogged and started smoking. Dishwasher full of water at bottom, smelled of mold, dishes had to be hand washed. Dishwasher door broke and bruised my daughters foot. Main toilet ran. One of the shower handles where broke. So hopefully some of these issues will get fixed , especially with how much money we paid for 4 nights. Location was quiet

Elk Lodge stay over New Years 2023.

We really enjoyed our stay but there are a few items to mention that we hope will help you in maintaining the property: When we first arrived we were delighted about how clean the property was and the layout of the home, but the longer we were there we found the following things that could use some tender loving care as follows: There were two coffee pots which was good because the Mr. Coffee leaked water. Dishwasher did not dry the dishes and does not drain the water completely out.. It also pulls right out of the cupboard. Oven door handle is broke and the kitchen faucet leaks. The jets in the main floor shower do not turn off making it hard for the younger ones to shower. If you did get them off the whole shower head turned off too. We noticed a big puddle in the laundry room downstairs after showers were taken from that same shower. The outside screen door in the porch does not have a hook so you can't close it. At night when the wind catches it it bangs. Sheets on the queen size beds were too small and we could not keep them on the beds. One of the girls found a long black hair at the bottom of the bed when she was trying to fix it and there were cobwebs in the basement bedroom and bathroom. The pull out couch in the basement is worn out. We had a maintanece guy come to fix the TV remotes. He was very prompt and courteous and got the main floor living room and basement family room TV's working. The pool area was very nice and our kids had fun going there. Also the bar and grill was very nice and fun according to the guys who were there for awhile. All and all we would stay again.

We stayed for 5 nights with 9 adults and 3 kids. The house was very nice with plenty of room for everyone. It is right across the street from the pool and playground. It is in a great location and is really close to everything in the dells. Would stay here again. The only thing that could use a little updating is the charcoal grill. It is pretty old and took forever to cook our food. Overall, a nice house.

Power trip security guard

The house was great and for the most part everyone was super nice. Only black eye of the weekend was when this old security guard abused his power and threatened to call the cops. Situation was around 1am Saturday night a total of 5 of us were sitting on the deck. 3 people that lived there and 2 from the cabin next door. No music, no bonfire, just 5 of us talking and exchanging stories. Couldn't of been out there more then 20 minute before the rental cop drove by and saw us out there and stopped. Got out and told us to break it up and that multiple neighbors have called the cops on us. I told him excuse me sir what are we doing wrong and i doubt the 1 neighbor we have called the cops since 2 of them are sitting right here. He totally goes on a power trip and says fine calling the cops and walks in his van. I understand that I'm sure he had his hand full with a college frat that had multiple houses. I'm sure he thought we were them but we were a bunch of mid 30 yr olds and it's his job to realize that. So i sure hope he doesn't treat all quest like that normally.
