The Flagship @ Spring Brook Resort

and chairs, charcoal grill and campfire ring. The home sleeps a maximum of 6 people and is the perfect choice for family or small group gatherings.

Whether on an extended stay or a short getaway, The Flagship is sure to meet all your vacation needs! The master bedroom is equipped with a plush king bed, TV and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and large tub. Two additional bedrooms each with a king bed and a TV share the second full bathroom. The kitchen is loaded with full size appliances and seating to accommodate all occasions, from holiday dinners to Sunday brunches. The adjacent dining room provides additional seating and opens up to the comfortable living room area. After a day of water park fun in town, kick back on the couch and watch your favorite movie on TV. Complimentary high speed Wi-Fi is provided.

A laundry room with a washer and dryer adds to the conveniences provided to guests of this home. The Flagship is within walking distance of Spring Brook's Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop. Home sleeps maximum of 6, rates based on 6 people over the age of 3. Memorial Day and New Years Eve Holidays require $250 Security Deposit.

From the online pictures it looked really nice. When we arrived the house had a certain odor to it. After further investigation we found a trap door in a bedroom closet that went down a ladder. The musty odor was coming from there. The I beam underneath was dripping condensation. I’m sure that’s were it was coming from. Outside on the table was a disgusting smoke bucket full of cigarettes. Overall for the price we could deal with those issues.
