10-Acre Private Resort: Hot Tub & Pickleball

Summary:

Private 10-acre resort retreat with walking and ATV trails on the back 9 acres! Enjoy a sauna, indoor hot tub, indoor pickleball, game room, fire pit, sandbox, screened pergola, large deck, and spacious gathering areas. Sleeps up to 16 with 2 King beds, 1 Queen bed, 2 bunk sets (1 full, 3 twins), 3 sofa sleepers, and 3 couches. Please inquire before booking if your group exceeds 16 guests.



The Space:

This private lodge is perfect for family reunions, corporate retreats, and group getaways. Featuring a blend of rustic Northwoods charm and modern design, the property offers spacious accommodations and gathering areas for all.



Please note: the 4th bedroom with a king bed is located in the separate game room building at the front of the property.



Guest Access:

Guest will be able to access the entire property via smart locks with access codes. There are two buildings, the main house and an additional one bedroom game room.



The Neighborhood:

The property less than 5 minutes from downtown Wisconsin Dells, public access to the Wisconsin River, and 10 minutes to all the Dells' major waterparks, shopping, dining and attractions.



Getting Around:

Lyft, Uber and Taxi services available.



Other Things to Note:

Starter supplies of toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags are provided. Guests with larger groups or extended stays may wish to bring additional supplies.



Propane for the grill and firewood for the fire pit are included. Fires are only permitted in the designated fire pit/ring.



Smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind is prohibited inside the property. Violations will result in a $250 fee. All smoking and vaping must take place outdoors at least 30 feet from the building.

Fireworks are strictly prohibited and will result in a $250 fee.



Parties and events are not permitted. Violations will result in a $500 fee.



No pets are allowed. Evidence of pets on the property will result in a $200 fee.



Guests are responsible for any damages caused by the use of motorized vehicles, including ATVs, UTVs, and motorized bikes. Repair or replacement costs resulting from such damage will be charged to the guest.
