"The staff on the fifth floor where my room was we're always jolly on the spot. They attended to all of my needs. They return the room to be immaculate condition every time they cleaned. They get my highest recommendation. I will see them again next year."

"The pool in our room is clean, room is clean. The staff are very friendly and nice. They always clean the walkway. Breakfast is good but recommend changing the menu everyday. We stay for 3 nights so the breakfast was almost the same. Swimming pool is clean but for safety, they should label the depth of the pool. Room service is great. The spa is excellent. Give it a try if you have time will be back in the future. "

"Busy check-in queue and unclean. Breakfast used to be good quality but now quality is lower. And there is a separation between children and adults with children. Breakfast gives an unfriendly feeling."
