The Windsor Suites
The room had no heat was 44 degrees outside and the heat was closing cold air we called the front desk and all they said was you know this an old building and they bought us a portable heater and 2 blankets the thermostat in room said 55 degrees. Just horrible!! There were no bathroom amenities like ...
