"The room was massive, and had lots of features that made the stay very comfortable. There were USB sockets at the side of the bed, it had top class bedding and the walk in shower was perfect. Only downside was it was very noisy outside. From the people partying outside in the evening to the seagulls partying at sunrise, earplugs were needed!!!"

"This place is unbelievable, my family and I had the best time. We were 8 adults and 7 children and we loved the location, facilities and sheer size of the place, the kids loved exploring the house and grounds and the adults enjoyed the ability to spread out and relax. The only problem was we only had the weekend there, will definitely be back."

"A very peaceful, larger than expected space with all the amenities needed for our family of 4 during our week long stay. We could have stayed longer easily!! Country feeling yet the town is only 6 mins away for all your needs. Very friendly and welcoming hosts. Highly recommend"

"The property is a 3 bedroom/ 2 1/2 bath with a garden, very close to a supermarket. It was very easy to communicate with Christine and she was available for any questions. Kinross has a High Street with a number of shops and restaurants. The Loch is an attraction with boat rides out to the island where Mary Queen of Scots was imprisoned. We enjoyed the trip to the island and exploring the ruins of the castle. The property was very comfortable and provides a base for many day trips: Dunfermine, South Queensferry& St Andrews to name a few. Buses run regularly to Edinburgh and further north. Kinross is an excellent location as a base. Highly recommend this property."

"A great location for peace and relaxation with the swimming pool a great addition especially for the younge r children although the oldies enjoyed it also. A selection of equipment and toys are available for use in the pool.The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of plates, glasses, cutlery, pots etc.Although in the country(which we were looking for) you are not far away from Dollar and Kinross where you can get provisions, carry outs etc. if you like the outdoors the garden is nice to sit out if the weather is good and you are only 20 mins away from Loch Leven we’re you can cycle walk around."
