"The staff at Valdelana were fantastic. In October, restaurants are not always open but the hotel staff were informative. There are not dependable taxis in Elciego so it is great if you have a car.
The cellar tour and tasting is not to be missed.

"I had a very nice stay at Pensión Úbeda in Fuenmayor. I received a warm welcome, along with helpful tips and brochures about nearby options and things to do.
I had to stay one extra day, sooner than planned, and the hostess arranged the additional night without any issues. There are many vineyards nearby, and I even received a brochure with several places to visit, including contacts and prices.
The hostess also mentioned she was available by phone or WhatsApp if needed.

"Our room at Hospedería de los Parajes was very comfortable, quiet and spacious. The staff here are all very nice, and our meals at Restaurante Los Parajes were exceptional.
My wife and I had the extensive breakfast buffet each morning, and we also enjoyed two of our dinners while we were in La Guardia. Kudos to the chef for the wonderful and creative gourmet offerings on the menu.
