"Had an ok time but ran into a couple issues. 1. None of the handicapped buttons worked that would open doors in numerous areas. 2. Outdoor pool closed at 3pm when the weather was in the mid 80’s. 3. The refrigerator in the room stopped working and spoiled milk for a toddler. 4. Not able to checkout late. 5. Restaurant/Bar area by pool was closed the whole 3 day stay. 6. Staff seemed very rude/agitated that staffed the outdoor pool because we were in it. 7. The bridges driving into the resort...

"The property is okay. We found the beds to be extremely soft. The dining room in the lobby was not "welcoming" so we went elsewhere. We never received a receipt or text from the valet. The parking to be expensive. Also, the internet was not included in the cost of the room. I cannot remember the last time we paid for internet!"
