My family and I did not feel safe staying there. The gentleman at the front desk was very understanding and told us we could cancel our reservation. I called the hotel today and was told that they indeed did cancel our reservation and have not collected any money for our stay/reservation. I would like to request a full refund from Expedia since no money was collected from the hotel for our stay. "
