The air conditioner was blowing warm air and the room was a sauna. Staff did not tell us it was broken when we checked in. They made it so the windows could open, after we complained. The unlocked open window helped but there was a lot of outside noise from the street below and we could not sleep.

The valet staff were so friendly and welcoming. Front desk staff were also so nice - easy check-in and check-out. Perfect location…. We had an awesome stay and would highly recommend.

Breakfast was consistently fresh and plentiful. The area was very clean with staff present and visble. Plenty of parking. The rear door automation did not work which caused difficulty with moving items with the cart. Front desk was very accommodating.
