"Very poor customer service. Walked up to the counter — three staff members present, but no one looked at me. Uninterested demeanor. Cumbersome check-in process. Extremely poor English. Overall, an unwelcoming and impersonal hotel."

"Wir waren mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden, es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Leider wird die Sicht jetzt durch die neuen Baumaßnahmen versperrt. Schade, da sich die Unterkunft in totaler Strandnähe befindet. Die Kommunikation per Mail erfolgte in polnisch oder englisch, was für ältere Menschen nicht einfach ist. Die Tiefgarage war leer, aber stand leider nicht zur Verfügung."

"Before you book this apartment there are a few things you need to consider. It is about 25 min walk to the main molo area with shops and restaurants. I would not recommend driving.  It is hard to find parking downtown and you have to pay for parking. The local grocery store is about 15 min walk. The only nice thing about this apartment is that it is close to the beach about 3 min walk. You have to pay for parking for the time you stay there. "Das Appartement ist als solches sehr schön, hat einen schönen Ausblick und ist gut eingerichtet, insbesondere mit modernem Bad. Schlecht war, dass das Bettzeug bei Ankunft schmutzig war und nur Handtücher für 3 Personen, aber nicht 4 Personen bereit lagen. Nachdem ich dies am Morgen nach der Ankunft moniert hatte, wurde Abhilfe versprochen. Indes, es hat sich in den 4 Tagen nichts getan. Keine saubere Bettwäsche, keine ergänzenden Handtücher. Wir haben uns mit unserer Stranddecke beholfen, um...

"The person running the pool, Piotr I think was great with my son and Otter kids as weel. Helping them with swinging instructions at the same time being service minded towards other guests. We stayed 21-22 of july and it was Nice! "
