"Surprisingly quiet for being in a traffic hub. Great view from lobby bar. Clean all around, Hot showers, amazing breakfast choices for a reasonable cost. Friendly helpful staff. Room a little snug but clean and comfortable mattresses. Near excellent except you pay to park onsite. And, I’m partial to prefer non carpeted rooms, laminate, but these were carpeted."

"Property completely misrepresented on the pictures provided We arrived late night, and place just scary looks completely abandoned, and looks like in the horror movie. We just opened entrance door, and left even not getting into the room itself. No light inside. Smells very strange. We had to find another hotel in the middle of the night. I called Expedia next morning asking for the full refund. Request was rejected by property owner Nice work Expedia Thanks "

"I just loved staying in this hotel. It was charming, friendly and perfectly located in downtown Providence. I had stayed there almost 45 years ago and I was not disappointed in my return. As my grandson is in college in RI I will definitely return. JF"

"Overall it was a great stay. Not a good place for a light sleeper. Have to admit the water didn't get very hot for showers. Good restaurant on site, im from the area and being out after dark in the area can be skeptical for the single traveler. For a quick in and out stay would stay again!"

"The room is not what is in the picture it is a hostel not a hotel. You will book the room thinking you are getting what you see in the picture but they lie. The bed as terrible it is a shared bathroom there was a mouse trap in the room horrible experience. I asked for a refund for the 2nd night because I could not stay there and they refused to refund me. "
