"The staff is amazing!!"

"Beautiful place to stay. I can't put into words how much I loved the rooftop patio. The room was comfortable and beautifully decorated along with the rest of the house. It was quiet even for a street facing room. Rich jewel toned colors everywhere in the place. The staff were helpful and the host was kind and very sweet. They allowed me to store my luggage there even after I had checked out because I had a late flight. Breakfast has enough options every morning to be filling, and guests can access the parlor for hot coffee, tea, cocoa after hours. The small jacuzzi in the back was wonderful after hiking around San Francisco's notorious hills. It was an easy walk to 24th & Mission BART, and there was also a convenience store down the block. I will absolutely be staying here again the next time I'm headed to SF 🖤✨️ "

"This is a charming, old-fashioned hotel in a perfect location. My room had a view of the Union Square Christmas lights. It is not slick or modern: think of it as European and you will see its charms. The room was comfortable with everything you need. They warn you in advance that there's no air conditioning but most of the time in SF you don't need it, and there's a ceiling fan and the windows can be opened. There is always coffee and cookies available in the lobby and the tiny bar was popular, thanks to a two-for-one coupon for guests. The neighborhood seems to be making a comeback after some rough years. It was a lot cleaner than I remembered, and I went to two great restaurants that were new to the area. "
