"So the staff was very attentive as soon as I got to the front desk they would come out and check in and check out was easy but once I got to the room the room itself was just poor looking. The blackout curtain was broken there was a clear line on the ceiling that you could see. There was like dirt or something around the air vent in the room there was no hair dryer. The bathroom had wallpaper peeling it looked like it had not been cleaned at all the toilet looked like it was poorly cleaned but I didn't really have a choice and I was only going to be there for 2 nights. Also the pricing at their coffee place is outrageous"

"Breakfast staff was rude. I was making plates for my children and she question me about the amount of food I had Shen questioned my teens when they came down for extran juice and a pancake the asked my daughter if she was the last one in the room to eat. I paid for the breakfast, she needs to keep quiet. The hot tub was shown online and when we got there it was cemented over. The front staff were great, but honestly we won't stay there again. We chose this for the breakfast and amenities....Major let down "

"The TV did not work and when I called down to ask about it, they told me to see if I could play with the wires in the back to get it to work. I eventually got it to work but not something you want to deal with when you’re really tired. I just wanna pop down in the bed and veg out for a few minutes… and then the lights were not intuitive and you had to play hide and seek to try to figure out how to put the lights on"

"Staff was friendly and helpful when checking in. Room was clean and very quiet all night. Bed was extremely comfy. We were able to park right out near the front entrance. Breakfast in the morning was great. Lots of choices both hot and cold. Highly recommend. "

"This place is amazing! Not a doubt in my mind it’s the quietest place we have ever stayed. The staff was friendly when we first arrived and getting checked in was a breeze. The room was clean and comfortable. The property is secured, which just adds to the level of comfort you experience. "
