"The hotel is nice and mostly accommodating. The layout is kind of strange and it's nearly impossible to turn left out of the hotel, but as a whole they provide all basic needs of a hotel including cleanliness. Usually if i walk barefoot at all I'll pick up some dirt, but these floors were spotless. "

"Wow. I thought the reviews had to be wrong but they were not! We had a great 6 night stay here and will book again our next trip. The staff was friendly and helpful despite being completely booked up. Breakfast was better than I expected (biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, seasoned potatoes, waffles, yoghurt, oatmeal, fruit and juices) The coffee machine in the commons area was amazing! The location was about 20 minutes from anywhere in Springfield and so perfect! I didn’t even know there was a basketball court in the courtyard (I guess I should have being called ‘court view’) we didn’t use the pool or hot tub but hopefully will next time. "

"Clean and comfortable rooms. Room key kept being an issue, they are getting a new system soon. Breakfast was good, dink g area small. "

"The airport shuttle only runs until 10pm and my flight was landing at 11 pm. They wouldn’t make an exception. They offered to help me get an uber but I paid for it. "

"This is an older facility but they have done a nice job of updating it. The breakfast crew was very nice, and the ladies at the front desk were very helpful. Good central location for all the places we were visiting in town."

"This cabin exceeded expectations! It is clean and well-equipped for many activities, both inside and outside. We drove all the UTV trails, soaked in the hot tub, bird watched, played some family games (indoors and outdoors), kayaked and skipped rocks on the river! The host was very responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommend! "

"The staff was nice, thay did not tidy the room did not make beds take out trash give clean towels no tea did not replenish coffee and the breakfast was not that good only waffles and cold cereals oatmeal no microwave one kind of bagel we will not be staying at that location ever again "
