We loved everything about this hotel. We received an upgrade to a suite which was very much appreciated. The breakfast was delicious and we loved the tableware. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The hotel was in a very convenient location.
We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Amazing hotel. We had a lovely first floor corner room with direct views of the canal. Gorgeous window on two sides opened fully for wonderful evening breezes. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff was lovely and always willing to answer questions. I would stay here over and over again!!!

The welcome gifts of chocolate, a free drink were a nice treat; ;having a drink in the tea room after a few train rides was a really nice way to unwind.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, but I felt it was over priced. The fresh mozzarella was amazingly fresh and delicious. The staff were helpful, but not always available at the front desk. My stay was for 2 nights. Location was convenient.

"We stayed for one night checked in late and out early and my son was bitten over a dozen times during the night all over his body. The hotels response was rather inappropriate and concerning.
