Paint peeling off of ceiling in bathroom. Wallpaper thread coming off near ceiling. Bathroom faucet cold side leaks water. Linen choice was odd- the comforter wasn’t buttoned and strangely only a flat sheet instead of a fitted sheet on the mattress. The paneling frame around elevator door was bowing out and very unattractive on the 6th floor. Boutique hotel in desperate need of better attention and repair. Highly unlikely to return. Disappointing for best western standards.

My go to place to stay. Luxurious, travel-friendly rooms, excellent pool/hot tub area outside, and great workout facilities. Fantastic location next to Fulton Market. The desk staff is always exceptional and helpful.
