"Lovely and super clean perfect tuscan style villa with beautiful views and a fantastic garden. We really enjoyed our stay. We were a group of six adults, one child, and two babies, and the house was spacious enough for all of us. Even in April, it was warm enough to use the pool, which offers gorgeous views over the hills. The pool is quite large, making it great for lap swimming as well. The owner was very helpful and answered all my questions very quickly. Nice to have met her as well in the end. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect holiday home."

"Could recommend this hotel enough. Location is superb. It has parking. Most friendly and helpful staff. The open spaces like the living area and facilities are excellent. The rooms are so clean and modern. decor is really nice. The beds are so comfy and even the pillows too!! "

"A nice spot run by friendly owners. This is not a full service hotel and the accommodation is in a separate building from the main house with its own kitchenette. It is convenient both for the train station and visiting the old city of Pistoia"

"The pool is nothing but for show. The water has no heater and no one else is there. The woman was rude and impossible. There was no heat and she refused to turn it on. It was the worst place I have ever stayed. When I asked for heat she told me to go somewhere else so I booked a hotel instead. She should not be renting anything and Shame on VRBO for not vetting these people. The road there was as dangerous as they come. Tiny lane for two way traffic and many sharp curves. AWFUL PLACE!!!!!!!"

The kitchen is well-equipped, and the laundry facilities are great. This is the perfect choice for a quiet and relaxing Italian vacation. The air conditioning feature was one of the reasons to choose this property. However, when we got there, we were informed of an additional daily fee for its use. The information about the additional cost should be included in the property description."
