Room was lovely. Staff were amazing. We really appreciated our email requests being granted: adjacent rooms (as my mum travelled with us) and a high floor. Breakfast included in the price was a huge plus. Location fab. Would definitely stay here again ⭐️⭐ ️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The only problem I have with my stay is that I keep getting crappy rooms because Expedia buys blocks of rooms from hotels and then when you use them, they put you in a room that’s next to the utility room or right next to the elevators or some inconvenient spot that the hotels have a hard time filling
