Everything about our stay was brilliant, from the initial welcome by the concierge Anthony, the wonderful check-in staff and the housekeeping team, we could not fault it. Great hotel and manager Kearan very helpful and professional. Would return. Recommend. Breakfast very good as well. Stayed in Royal King room very comfortable.

Having used to live there we are familiar it's changed alot but didn't stay around to say if its bad or good
Convenient tube and did nt take long to get into central london
Good location. Parking facilities available . Just need to improve on the food selection. They should cater for vegetarians as well
