"Don't, under any circumstances, take a room with an "arcade view"! The view is internal view of empty spaces, and they never turn off the lights so your room will be bright all night long regardless of curtain configuration. The area is also in a bad neighborhood and between the beggars and homeless it felt very unsafe and unsavory."

"The comfortable bedrooms were nice sized with ceiling fan in each room! Main living room was comfortable and enough seating for all. Many, many upgrades done in the house. Loved the older home with squeaks in steps. Reminded me of where I grew up. "
"The house was perfect for our family to all meet up for our weekend activities. There was plenty of sleep space and enough other space for a cup of coffee and planning things out. We were sad to find out that Tanks was closed, as having a legendary bar close by was a selling point. The neighborhood was fine. There was plenty of on-street parking. The house next door looked uncared for. And the people across the street loved fireworks. But if we needed to come back to Dayton, this place would certainly be considered again. "
"Our stay was great! The place looks new and was very clean, very comfortable and easy access. The only thing we didn't like was the bathroom has no outlets to do your hair or anything. They didn't have soap, shampoo or any bath products except softsoap on the sink. Towels were very nice. Didn't really like the parking on the narrow street either but it worked and nothing happened so that was good. Overall, it is a very nice place and I would stay again for sure. "
"Home was as listed. Parking could be an issue given only parking is on street. We were able to find a spot close to the home.
Very clean and well appointed.
As advertised and would rent again.
Thank you!"
