"A beautiful spot on the river in Jamieson. We enjoyed the evenings in front of the fire, listening to the sound of the river flowing past at the bottom of the garden. The place is clean and equipped with all the amenities we needed, and the communication with Jess was easy. The pub is a short walk and there's a courtesy bus to the brewery. The river is fast flowing and easily accessed from the property, which was great for our group of adults, but not recommended for young kids. "

"Location was everything, but we were let down by a number of issues with the cottage, which caused us nothing but frustration. It was tired inside and not clean enough and exterior was unkempt. There were a number of things we noted and have passed onto the host, things we didn’t expect for the money we paid for a 3 nights stay."

It was well-equipped with all the modern amenities we needed while retaining a cozy, homely feel. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable – a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the living area was a great space for relaxation, with large windows offering stunning views of the bush.The location is simply unbeatable for nature lovers. Nestled deep in the bush, the tranquility and serenity were exactly what we were looking for. We were fortunate enough to witness a variety of wildlife right from the comfort of the house with a myriad of bird species.There was no shortage of activities to keep us entertained. From bushwalking and exploring the local trails to stargazing at night, every moment was filled with wonder. The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for adventure, and we particularly enjoyed the nearby river."
