"There was nothing i did not like about this hotel. It was an amazing stay! This woman at the front counter named Carolyn made sure i had everything i needed and to assure that my stay would be as comforatble as possible. I actually was going through a hard time when i arrived there, but thanks to her, i knew things were going to be okay again. So if you should run into her, just know you're in great hands :D"

"Room was clean, smelled a little musty initially, windows were condensed. Bathroom was clean but looked like the shower has been spraying in the wall and got the drywall wet where it meets the floor. We didn’t use the shower. Breakfast was bountiful and clean, the staff was super friendly. We were on the 2nd floor and it sounded like people were moving furniture on the floor above us on the 1st night and sounded like a raging party was going on below us the second night with people screaming. Other than that, I felt safe, it was clean, staff was nice."

"Our room was very clean. The beds very comfortable. The kitchen adequate. I found the shower to be Impossible to shower in. The shower is so small I couldn’t put shampoo in my hair without the shower washing it out at the same time! The same with soaping on my body. The shower head wasn’t adjustable. I am 4’11” so there shouldn’t have been an issue. There was a Jacuzzi bathtub with a shower which we used. So more positive things: indoor and outdoor pools were great. There are cabanas and lots of chairs. The front desk staff, the guy working at the coffee, snack bar and the person checking you in for the parking lot were all friendly and helpful. We would def stay at The Cove again."
