10/10 Excellent
"Victoria on reception is very nice.
I had a little incident where a neighbouring guest had bought a dog that was very distressed alone in the apartment. Despite her trying to contact the owner and them stating they were going to be home soon, they were not and the noise went on.
Victoria was very accommodating with moving me.
The second room was of the same standard as the first showing the upkeep on these apartments is very good.
The area is a little strange - but Canberra is as a whole to me.
The Woolworths Metro across the road is very convenient, and the Beef Cheeks at No10 Restaurant were amazing.
I travel for work regularly and will be back."
"Reception check in and check out was excellent
room service food provision was very much below hopes
the REceptionists were beautiful - just didnt have much they could offer with room service food which was well served but very unappetising
ThankYou - the Bed was wonderful "

10/10 Excellent
"I really enjoyed staying here. The apartment is cosy and warm, very well designed and logical in layout with a great use of the available space, providing not only a more than adequate kitchen but also a space to work from home. The features and furnishings bring it all together as a very well presented and most liveable studio."

"The home is a great size for families to stay. Plenty of little extras provided too which was a lovely surprise eg board games, books, pantry and bathroom staples. The customer service received was great too, lots of prompt communication throughout the entire process. Thank you for letting us visit. "
