"I stayed here for 3 nts. The hotel itself is a bit run down, but my room was decent: with a balcony (facing the parking lot, lol), comfortable beds, small fridge, microwave, TV although the entertainment center that the TV was on, was facing the door? not the beds or the couch which was weird, so I had to move the whole thing to face the beds to watch TV and the breakfast was good 👍. The pool looked a bit unkept & they did had a hot tub next to the pool. Idk if I’d stay here again, probably not."

"My husband and I just came back our stay at the hotel and it was extremely disappointing. The hotel was going through renovations and there was dust everywhere, the place looked like it was abandoned. I can understand that when you have renovations things are not going to look great, however, when we booked there was nothing on their site indicating that these were the conditions. They still charge the regular rate as well. Definitely not the best experience."

"What to say about this place? Well, the bathroom lights worked and only one room light worked sort of. My TV barely functioned and the mattresses were funky. As for the general vibe of the place, I’d say it’s classic rundown drugged, and vibe. The photos of the place are definitely misleading."

"Place needs a little work, but the room was nice and clean . Gym under construction, missing ice machines, one working elevator.. Not a bad stay though for a quick trip. 👌 I like taking stairs anyways. "

"We had serval issues: 1st- you didn't read the fine print (you have to pay $10/night for parking - never have before for Hampton Inn & Suites), only one elevator worked and it was incredibly slow. It was so painful we took the stairs instead of waiting for it. While we don't mind stairs, it isn't easy with suitcases. The ice machine on the 3 floor didn't work - minor but another annoyance. We only had one wash cloth - and when they changed out the towels we didn't get any wash clothes. While we could have gone down and gotten towels, I am sure it is just not something you want to have to do (constantly going to the front desk). Breakfast was great, and staff very friendly!"
