"Check in was smooth and cheerful. However the room wasn’t what I expected. In choosing a queen bed room instead of a smaller double bed I missed noticing that the queen room didn’t have an ensuite and we were faced with having to use a shared bathroom. Luckily it was right next door and we never saw anyone else there. The other disappointment was that the room was up three sets of stairs and with me in a moon boot with a fractured foot, it was quite uncomfortable going up and down, which I had to do several times. It also meant having to leave our suitcases in the car. It would have been helpful for the hotel description to have more information on the situation."

"Second time staying here, had a great time last time and enjoyed it even more this time round. Bernie was great, took us down to feed the camels and was very accommodating in all aspects. Our 2yo had a ball over the weekend, room was as described, supplied breakfast was ample! We will be back again!"

"We needed a place to stay whilst visiting the area. An unknown gem is what I’d call it. The staff who greeted us was polite and welcoming. The place has an activity hub for indoor bowling etc if you felt you needed some exercise, otherwise they offered a menu for cafe style breakfast. Price was very competitive and room services daily."
