"Location, location, location! We could not have had a more perfect property. Lake access across a non busy, one way road, to a grassy area was perfect for swimming at any time. Also, the enclosed sitting rooms allowed us to sit and enjoy the lake view even if the weather was keeping us inside. It is a short to the resort, downtown to shops and eateries, and to Tubbs hill. A park was just 2 houses down where the kids played pickleball, had fun at the kids play area, and we all enjoyed the outdoor jazz/ R&B live concert at the band shell.Aside from that, the house was very clean, had all the cooking utensils, cook wear, and spices you need. The middle floor was perfect for our 2 daughters and their families. We loved the privacy of the 3rd floor suite.The property manager was there when needed, and check in and out was very easy.If anything could have been better, The oven is small, although there are 2 of them, which was helpful. However, do not plan to used a 10 x 13 cookie sheet, it will not fit. Also, the carpet on the stairs and 2nd floor is due for a change.I would certainly rebook this property next time I am in Coeur d Alene."
